Sea Giraffe Martius Contest Now Accepting Submissions!
Sea Giraffe‘s Martius Contest accepts submissions for previously unpublished fiction, poetry and creative nonfiction. The contest runs every year, accepting work throughout the month of March. The goal of the Martius contest is to discover, recognize, and publish pieces of creative work that have gone undiscovered, unrecognized, and unpublished up until now. One overall winner will be chosen, and then a winner will be chosen from each remaining category (For example, if the overall winner is a poetry submission, we will choose a fiction and a creative non-fiction piece as the second and third place winners).
